ABOUT THE BROKER

Born, raised and educated in Los Angeles, CA, Page Turner is now a happy resident of Nashville, TN and is the mother of three beautiful daughters, including twins!

Serving as a PTSO board member and as a former board member of the Pull-Ups Corporation, Page's natural understanding of the importance of family and rearing children provides her with providing client's with understanding and experience in the home selling and purchasing process and with assisting Buyers and Sellers in literally moving into the next chapter of their lives.

Multi-talented, Page has been a tireless volunteer over the years. Among numerous charities, she was responsible for organizing annual Thanksgiving feasts for the homeless which fed an average five thousand people per year in her former Los Angeles church, has served as project coordinator for organizing major events, as well as serving under several ministries within her current church in Nashville.

Focused on client-relationship management, Page maintains constant client communication and needs assessment with care and understanding, and is committed to building quality relationships and ultimately an awesome home-buying and/or selling experience.

With extensive experience in marketing over the past eight years (Spike Lee, Magic Johnson, Buster Brown (The Bible Experience)), Page offers her Sellers and Buyers the ability to reach every client's prime objective -GETTING THEIR HOME SOLD or PURCHASED! Using the best technology her field can offer, extensive internet training, email promotion, up to date software tools, property searches and marketing distribution, Page is always working for and in the best interest of every client.

As a member of Greater Nashville Association of REALTORS®(currently serving on the Affordable Housing Committee), Tennessee Association of REALTORS®, the Nashville Chamber of Commerce, a member of Jefferson Street United Merchants Partnership (J.U.M.P.), a member and of Grace Church Nashville in Franklin, TN, the President of the 2008-2009 John F. Kennedy Middle School's PTSO Board, and recently a candidate for Nashville's Metro Council in a very close race (54 votes shy!), Page has rooted herself in our community as an active member of society as well as a tireless volunteer. 

These memberships hold dear to Page as she upholds the duties and obligations of the Code of Ethics, and pledges to protect and promote the interests of each client honestly, professionally, and with the best client service possible.

July 2006 propelled Page into the next level of her real estate career as she opened the doors to a dream that became reality, The EGAP Group, LLC, which houses the industry's newest real estate conglomerate, EGAP Real Estate, LLC, EGAP Construction Services LLC, and EGAP Property Management, LLC, with offices located in Historic Germantown, in Nashville, TN.

Page has found great passion in the Real Estate industry and looks forward to many years of surpassing client needs and expectations and serving her community with quality service.
